SDR Scientific Product Demonstration Webinars

By understanding your application, we are often able to provide a number of recommendations that meet or exceed your expectations.

There are occasions however, when you want to know: How will this equipment perform in my unique environment?

Just ask us, because equipment trial or demonstration is often available. This could mean bringing the equipment to you for your evaluation.

Alternatively, a virtual demonstration can also be arranged. This where we can arrange to show you the equipment from the comfort of your own computer, either at home or at work.

SDR Scientific Installation Equipment

Most equipment solutions we provide also come complete with comprehensive instructions as to how to easily install.

Complex equipment however may well benefit from on-site installation by factory-trained personnel. SDR Scientific is here to help! SDR Scientific is factory-trained and authorised to install and commission a wide range of systems. This will enable you to be up-and-running with your work as soon as possible. Just ask us what installation options are available if this is not included in your quotation.

SDR Scientific Training Services

Training following installation, or training on its own can deliver enormous benefits. Both for the longevity of your investment, and for maximising the capabilities and performance of your equipment.

Training can be delivered in a number of ways to suit your needs:

  • On-site: In-person, hands-on training can be provided for small groups
  • Webinar: Offered by our manufacturers, per hour, per day, or however long you would like.
  • On-line learning: This can be delivered at any time, on-demand at your convenience

Training can be:

  • Introductory: getting you up and running right away
  • Ongoing and Regular: to suit your schedules
  • Follow up: advanced or refresher, it’s your choice

How can we help you today?

You have made a valuable investment and no doubt you would like to make sure that your equipment performs optimally for the benefit of your work, and for as long as possible.

Equipment that is not “Peak Performing” for you may lead to erroneous results. This can be devastating, as well as time-consuming and expensive if your work needs to be repeated. This is where SDR Scientific is here to help.

We can provide the following services, either on-site, or in our service workshop (depending on the type of equipment):

    • PPM (Prescribed Preventative Maintenance). Recommended manufacturer service intervals can vary significantly between different types of equipment. By completing required PPM, it gives you the opportunity to maximise the value of your equipment and for it to operate at its full potential.
    • Warranty Extension: Provides you with Peace of Mind by extending the manufacturer’s warranty. This can include Parts/Labour or both. There is plenty of flexibility here in terms of both the length of the extension and what your budget will allow!
    • Service Contracts: Provides both a warranty extension and Prescribed Preventative Maintenance, for your Peace of Mind. Just let us know how long you would like for your contract duration, and we will do the rest!

Just ask us if these options have not been included in your quotation. We can also provide quotations for equipment purchased previously.

While we aim to provide equipment that is both reliable and has a long lifespan, occasionally repairs are required. Fortunately, most of the equipment we provide can be repaired, whereas some lesser-known brands from overseas cannot be reliably repaired and/or parts may be unavailable. If your equipment is not performing as it should, why not ask for our NO-OBLIGATION opinion?

Repairs, if required, may either be carried out on-site, or in our service workshop. This minimises downtime, allowing you to resume your work as soon as possible. Complex repairs requiring specialised testing and calibration equipment may however need to be completed by the manufacturer.

We can also provide you with advice as to whether a repair is warranted, or another solution may provide you with a better return on your investment in the longer term.

In any case, the choice is yours.
